Making An Online Reservation?

 

  • Go to the official website of Kings Apartment (www.kingsapartment.com.ng) and click on “Book Now”

Select your check-in and check-out dates. Use the platform calendar  from the drop down. 

Browse through the available apartment types or rooms and select the one that fits your needs based on the number of guests or event you have. We have just two packages. The Royal Apartment which has about 4 royal (rooms) suites. 

Fill in your personal details such as your name, contact information, and the number of guests staying and the package you have selected.

Check the total price, including taxes and fees, along with the cancellation policy. Please note that there might be any additional charges that may accrue to your stay in the Kings Apartment. We shall however inform you before you check in/check out.

Select your preferred payment method (credit/debit card, Mastercard, Visa or others). Enter your payment details and confirm the reservation. We require upfront payment. Though there might also be other flexible payment options at the property.

 

Once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your booking details, reservation number, and any additional instructions. 

Upon arrival, present your booking confirmation to the front desk or apartment manager, and proceed with check-in.

Please note that you will have to make arrangements for refreshments and other room supplies before you check in. 

Making Offline Reservation (Walk-in or Phone)

Step 1: Find our booking contact numbers (+234817 619 4339, 07067891321).


Step 2: Call our apartment manager  preferrably during  working hours. Be prepared with the following details:
Your preferred check-in and check-out dates.
The type of apartment or room you wish to reserve.
Your contact information (name, phone number, email).
Step 3: Confirm the availability and price for your selected dates and room type.
Step 4: Provide any additional requests (e.g., extra amenities, airport pickup).
Step 5: Confirm the reservation over the phone and ask for any additional details like deposit payments or cancellation policies.
Step 6: Write down or request an email confirmation, or receipt of the reservation for future reference.

  • Step 1: Visit Kings Apartment in person.
  • Step 2: Speak to the reception staff or management about your intention to make a reservation.
  • Step 3: Provide your check-in and check-out dates, and specify the type of room or apartment you’d like to reserve.
  • Step 4: Review the price, terms, and availability with the staff.
  • Step 5: If you’re satisfied, confirm the booking by providing your personal details and payment information (as required).
  • Step 6: Ensure you receive a written confirmation of the booking.

Check-In/Check-Out Procedures

  • Check-In: Guests may check in between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM. If arriving after 8:00 PM, please inform the apartment management to arrange a late check-in.
  • Check-Out: Guests are required to check out by 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may be available upon request but could incur additional charges.
  • ID and Payment: Upon check-in, guests must provide a valid ID and settle any pending payments.
  • Early Check-In/Check-Out: We may accept early check-in by guest, though it may incur additional fees.

Kings Apartment Cancellation Policy

  • Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in are eligible for a full refund.
  • Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a fee equivalent to one night’s stay.
  • No Show: If you do not show up on the day of your reservation and fail to inform the apartment, you will be charged the full amount for the first night.
  • Special Offers: For non-refundable bookings (e.g., special discounts or promotions), cancellations will not be eligible for any refund.
